The rules of the network.

By creating an account or using SourcePay AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you are using SourcePay on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and not subject to sanctions or restricted persons lists. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Routing fees, network fees, and any subscription charges are disclosed in your dashboard before you confirm a transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a payout has been initiated, except where required by law.

Disputes must be raised within 60 days of the transaction. Our resolution team will review evidence from both parties; outcomes are final and may be reported to network partners and regulators where required.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, sanctions violations, policy abuse, or extended inactivity. You may close your account at any time after settling outstanding balances.

SourcePay AI is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
